We proivde a web platform to build, host and manage business applications:
Build - workflows and webforms through definitions from your web browser that are immediately available to your customers and employees. We also provide several ready made configurations to choose from. This allows you to define an application from scratch or import a configuration and change it to meet your needs. Once finished, there is no traditional deployment as you simply activate your application and place the links that we provide in locations from where you want the application launched. You may even make changes to applications on the fly and customers or employees see them immediately.
Host - from one account you can host any number of applications. Your applications may contain custom workflows, standard business forms, such as, work orders, invoices or custom forms. All that you, your employees or customers need is a web browser to use the applications that you build with ActiveWIT.
Manage - brand your account with the color theme and logo that reflects your web presence. Change workflows and webforms as needed and automtically record all changes for a detailed history. View on demand status or history of all applications in your account. ActiveWIT automatically tracks each activity for each user and the information that they enter. Reports allow you to view all applications by application, status, user or any combination thereof. Quick views are linked directly to inbox items and work items to display the history for those items. Case view compiles all work items, webforms and history into a consolidated view of what occured during that session.
