This policy covers how ActiveWIT treats personal information that ActiveWIT collects when activating, processing, or maintaining accounts. This policy does not apply to any practices outside of the use of ActiveWIT, or to people that ActiveWIT does not manage or employee.

ActiveWIT collects personal information when you create an account. The information that is requested is used to perform billing operations. ActiveWIT does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies except when billing operations occur during billing transactions.

Your billing information can be edited at anytime, You can disable your account at any time, and You can delete your account at anytime.

We limit the access to your personal information to employees that we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide service to you in order to do their jobs.

ActiveWIT may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the email address specified in your ActiveWIT Billing account or by placing a notice on our site.
