On Demand Business Applications
ActiveWIT is software as a service. We provide ready-made web applications and the ability to define new web applications. All that's needed is a web browser. Once an application has been selected or defined, activate the solution and place the provided link in a web page. The application is immediately available to customers and employees.



A Complete Platform
We enable end to end managment of applications combined with the ability to add users and set roles. Track work items and tasks from start to finish with complete audit trails and data gathered during the process. A case tool is supplied that aggregates the complete process as it occured during each and every session.

Tracking and Audit
When changing ready-made applications or defining new applications, all changes are recorded. Each time a process starts or a work item is created, the system records who started it, the user that  accessed the item and the data that user entered. Use the information for compliance, audit, metrics and customer service.


Reporting
Any application that's selected or defined automatically feeds the tracking system. This feed provides information that's useful to report on a process across similar processes or search through information on all all processes within an account. It's easy to determine the current step of a process or the number of active processes for a specific step. Searches may also be performed by user. ActiveWIT's reporting service provides vast information and is one of the many services automatically included within ActiveWIT's Web Integrated Technology.
