Automation
Any webform defined within ActiveWIT is available to customers or employees.
ActiveWIT webforms may contain html layout, javascript for processing and css for
appearance.

Process
Select as many webforms as needed to support an application.
Each webform provides a unique link that launches that webform.
When a webform link is placed on a webpage or sent through email,
user selection activates the webform and presents the login page.
Once logged in, the user may work with webforms, history and attachments.
If the user has not previously registered, the user must register an account from the login page.
In addition to requiring login, optional settings allow anonymous submission of webforms, but this feature does not allow attachment selection or history viewing.
The end user inbox brands according to account specifications.
In addition to the end user inbox, there is also an administrative inbox with
more features that are used by you or your employees to manage webform submissions.
|
Webform
Define the webform with the look and feel that's necessary to support that form's intent.
For instance, the following invoice requires the need to record rate and hours to perform calculations.
Any webform may contain any number of pages, and there may be any number of webforms for a specific application.

Task
The end user inbox allows for a consolidated mechanism to serve webforms, attach
documents and track an application's history.
|
Attachments
A document managment interface provides features to check out documents, attach new documents and provide source documents each time a work item is activated.
|
History
Users may view history anytime.
The content provides current status as well as history of all tasks and activities since the item started.
